The next Poinsettia Heights Civic Association General Membership meeting will be a special joint meeting with the Lake Ridge Civic Association and the Middle River Terrace Neighborhood Association on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17th at 6:30 at the ART SERVE BUILDING located at 1350 East Sunrise Boulevard.

About the event
The next Poinsettia Heights Civic Association General Membership meeting will be a special joint meeting with the Lake Ridge Civic Association and the Middle River Terrace Neighborhood Association on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17th at 6:30 at the ART SERVE BUILDING located at 1350 East Sunrise Boulevard.
There will be two guest speakers that night from the City of Fort Lauderdale:
Otniel Rodriguez, from the Public Works Department, will speak on the timeline for the Stormwater Management Program that includes the Poinsettia Heights/Lake Ridge project.
and
Karen Warfel, from the Transportation and Mobility Department, will speak on the re-design of NE 15th Ave from Sunrise to Poinsettia Drive that is planned in the Complete Streets and other Localized Street Program (CSLIP). This is not the same as the resurfacing work that is currently happening on NE 15th Avenue.
